I have wanted to 5th Gen Camaro since they first showed up in the original Transformers film in 2007. I was unfortunately talked out of owning one in 2010/11. Finally, after tremendous patience, I called Todd Petty and discussed my options. The specific build I wanted would have to be placed to the Factory. Todd and I were able to discuss build options/financing and place the order right before the cut off date. Trying to remain patient during the process was tough but Todd did a fantastic job communicating the status of the order. When the car finally arrived, my Father and I were greeted by very polite and customer focused individuals. The first gentlemen that greeted us knew we were "The Camaro guys" and let us take the car for a spin while waiting for Todd. I enjoyed working with Tim when finalizing the finance paperwork. He explained everything so that I understood it and did a great job dealing with the Auto insurance Rep. The walkthrough that Todd gave me on the car was very thorough and very informative. Saved me quite a bit of time of trying to figure things out for myself. I do want to point out that I traveled from Nashville TN to purchase this car. I knew that working with a smaller dealer would leave a positive experience. There is no way the bigger dealers in Nashville would have been this dedicated to one customer. I want to thank Todd and everyone else at Terry Petty Chevrolet for their time and for the great experience!!

Took my 2012 equinox in for a GM service bulletin upgrade. Appointment was on time and vehicle was ready when promised. I have purchased three (3) vehicles from Terry Petty Chevrolet. This dealership worked with me on these purchase(s) where other local dealers would not.
